The following conditions apply:

Shipping costs

GERMANY

We charge shipping costs within Germany with DHL flat rate at 4.99 € per order
(excluding chains and bracelets – shipping costs will be calculated at checkout).

For an order value of 55 €, we deliver free of shipping costs
(Vouchers do not count towards the minimum order value).

There is a return policy of 14 days.
For returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

OTHER COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU

Currently, shipping to countries within the EU is not possible.
This option will be added shortly.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Currently, only shipping to the USA is possible.

For shipments to countries outside the EU, we charge shipping costs of 80.00 € with DHL Express.
(excluding chains and bracelets – shipping costs will be calculated at checkout).

Important notice for shipments to the USA (America)

For deliveries to the USA, additional duties and costs may apply, which are not included in the product or shipping price. This includes in particular:

• Customs Duties

• Import sales tax

• Processing fees of the shipping service provider

• Customs clearance fees

These fees are determined and collected by the recipient country USA.
The amount of costs depends on:

• Country of origin of the goods

• Commodity tariff number / customs classification

• State of the recipient (some U.S. states impose additional charges)

XO Dimension does not charge or calculate any of these fees during the ordering process.
We cannot predict what costs will arise.

The buyer is responsible for all applicable customs and import fees.

Please contact your local U.S. Customs and Border Protection for accurate information.

Delivery times

GERMANY

Delivery takes place within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded.
(in case of prepayment after receipt of payment).

EU countries (currently not active)

Once shipping is activated: 3–6 business days.

Countries outside the EU / USA

The delivery time is 4–20 business days, but may vary depending on customs clearance.
Customs-related delays are possible and are beyond our control.

Please note:
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the order in a single shipment (unless otherwise agreed). The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Returns from the USA

The customer bears the return shipping costs in full, including:

• international return shipping costs

• if applicable, additional import fees

• Postage and packaging

A refund of the value of goods will only be made after receipt and inspection of the goods.
